Male or female: at Digital Power we are Equals

men and women work at Digital Power

A challenging job with plenty of opportunity to learn and share knowledge in a team where everyone is equal and valued? Strengthen our team.

30% of our consultants is female.

That is already a good score compared to the average in the technology sector (18%), but our ambition is to allow this percentage to grow even more.

To inspire more women to become data consultants, our very own Jasmijn was a Role Model in the Equals Campaign in 2022. In the video she explains how she became a Customer Experience Specialist in order to inspire others.

Working as a data professional? You can.

  1. Technology is beyond programming: as a data consultant you also have to be good at communicating, organising and building relationships. Things women are often good at. You can programme the most brilliant things, but you also have to convince people and teach them how to use it.
  2. At Digital Power you get plenty of opporunity to develop on a personal level. You can also broaden/intensify your expertise on the job within our field. Optionally, you can become a strategic consultant.
  3. We have a close-knit team in which everyone gets to be themselves. Everyone respects and values each other. Whether you have 1 or 10 years of work experience, whether you are a staff member or consultant, and whatever your gender, your input and feedback are highly appreciated.
