Know if your AI use case is ready to implement or scale
The AI Readiness Assessment is for organisations with a concrete AI use case that want to know whether they are ready to implement or scale it successfully. We assess whether the right foundations are in place across data, governance, privacy, ownership and business value.
Over a 2 to 4 week period, you gain a clear view of what is already in place, which gaps or risks could prevent the use case from progressing and what needs to improve before you invest further.
Make better-informed decisions about your AI investment

Know what could block your AI use case
Identify issues or challenges with data, governance, privacy, ownership or technical access before they cause delays or rework during implementation.

Focus your time and budget
Not everything needs to be perfect before you start with AI. We identify which improvements matter most for your specific use case.

Look beyond technical feasibility
A technically feasible AI solution is not automatically a worthwhile investment. We assess the business case alongside the data, technology and organisational conditions.

Move beyond the pilot phase
Get a clearer view of what is needed to turn a promising AI pilot into a solution that can be implemented and scaled.
From assumptions to evidence
An AI initiative can look promising on paper, while important limitations only become visible once implementation has started.
That is why we combine stakeholder interviews and existing documentation with hands-on checks of the actual data. This gives you a more realistic picture of whether the use case is ready to move forward.
The outcome is deliberately practical: no long list of generic recommendations, but a clear view of the most important risks and improvements.
How the AI Readiness Assessment works

Six areas that determine your AI readiness

What do you get?
At the end of the assessment, you receive:
- a traffic light assessment across six readiness areas;
- the main risks and bottlenecks;
- a prioritised set of improvements;
- expected impact and required effort;
- an action-oriented roadmap with next steps;
- a final presentation for management, data and IT.
The goal is not to deliver a lengthy consultancy report. You get a practical basis for deciding whether to proceed with the AI use case and what needs to happen first.
Avoid costly investment in a use case that is not ready
An AI pilot that stalls after six months can easily cost an organisation €100,000 in internal time, external expertise and licences. That is before taking into account lost time, delayed returns and reduced internal buy-in.
The AI Readiness Assessment costs a fraction of that and highlights the main risks and dependencies upfront. By identifying scope, constraints and improvement areas early, organisations can invest more effectively, avoid unnecessary iterations and increase the likelihood of a successful implementation.
Is your AI use case ready for the next step?
Over a 2 to 4 week period, you gain a clear view of which conditions are already in place, where the main risks lie and which improvements should be prioritised.
