What we measure on this website and why

The visitor behaviour on Digital-Power.com is measured using cookies from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These tools give us insight into (anonymous) statistics such as visitor numbers and specific click behaviour. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google, have anonymised IP addresses, do not store any user IDs that can identify you personally and do not use remarketing functionalities.

We also allow Facebook and Linkedin to place specific cookies. With these, we can inform you via Facebook and/or LinkedIn when we have a new whitepaper, for example. We do this by using advertising campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, among other things.

Using the Facebook and LinkedIn cookies, we can target these campaigns to people who have visited our site. This way, you are the first to read our new whitepapers and you can be sure that you are always up to date with the latest insights on Data Analytics, Data Science, Technical Web Analytics, Data Engineering, Customer Experience and working at Digital Power.

In order to optimise the usability and therefore your experience on our website, we have implemented the Hotjar tool. This allows us to see how our visitors navigate through the website and which parts they find interesting. Based on this information, we can design our web pages to be user-friendly and structure the website clearly. Read here how Hotjar deals with the GDPR.

It is possible to chat with us via our website. To make this accessible way of contacting you possible, we use the chat service Tawk.to. This allows us, among other things, to see which page you are on when you contact us. This way, we can provide you with the best information and answer your questions quickly and properly.

What data we store about you

We use Act-On marketing automation software to send the right message to the right person at the right time. This way, we can help our website visitors, mailing subscribers and people interested in our services as good as possible.

Through the Act-On beacon, we collect user behaviour on our website. Through web forms on our site, we request personal and role-based data. With this information, we can profile you and send you relevant information based on your profile. It also allows us to see which pages you visit.

Act-On uses technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts, to analyze trends, and track users’ movements throughout the website. We collect the following data through Act-On, including, but not limited to: your first name, last name, company name, e-mail address and phone number.

Have you indicated that you would like to receive e-mail from us? Then you will only receive it from us and of course not from someone who wants to pay us for it.

Do you not want us to store your data?

Have you read the above information and don’t want us to measure your behaviour? Then you can click on ‘Change your consent’ or ‘Withdraw consent’ below and change the cookies you accept or reject them altogether. After that, only functional cookies will be loaded, ensuring that you get a properly functioning website on your screen.

Would you like to see what data we have stored about you? Would you like to update or delete it? This is possible! Mail to info@digital-power.com and we will gladly help you.
